We are migrating our status page to a new platform as part of our ongoing infrastructure updates. The cutover will take place at 12PM ET on November 2, 2026.
What this means for you: Omnivore system status will now be available at status.olo.com. Your existing URL (status.omnivore.io) will automatically redirect to the new location. You will continue receiving system status updates as usual. When the migration is complete, you will see a slightly different page format, but all the information you rely on (incidents, maintenance windows, and system health) will still be available.
During the migration, a new subscription confirmation email will be sent from olostatus@olo.com - please confirm your subscription when received for all future status updates. If the subscription email is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. We also recommend reviewing your notification preferences to ensure they are configured to meet your needs.
